How we run an account, month by month

Planning, production, community management, listening, dashboard and optimization, with a team that sees all your brands at the same time.

An account run with a method, not on impulse.

The same cycle runs every month, with a team that sees all your brands or product lines at the same time. The strategy is presented and approved before the month begins, and nothing stops once a piece is published: that is where the part that makes the account grow begins.

The eight components of the monthly operation.

Strategic planning

The month's goal, priority audience, guiding message, content pillars and an editorial calendar approved before the previous month closes.

Content development

Reels, short videos, static posts, carousels and stories, produced by our own team in the mix that performance decides.

Trend hunting

A weekly search for trends, filtered through the brand's territory. If the conversation is worth joining, we jump in within forty-eight hours.

Community management

Publishing, moderation and message replies, with a written protocol, a community manager and an escalation owner.

Social listening

Continuous listening to the brand, the category and competitors, turned into content ideas and crisis alerts.

Dashboard and biweekly review

Online results fed directly by the platforms, plus a session every two weeks so the numbers never go unexplained.

Ongoing optimization

An evaluation before producing and a review after publishing: the hook, the pacing and the format get better every month.

Coordination with your media agency

If another provider handles your paid media, we share what we learn from organic and align the creatives so the content performs when there is budget behind it.

A written protocol before you need it.

The community management protocol is signed during the first month, before the first case that needs it shows up. It makes daily attention predictable and means the response no longer depends on who happens to be on shift.

Every message has a type

Product question, complaint, quality or food safety, praise, provocation and sales opportunity. The type defines who replies, in what tone and how quickly.

Escalation in three levels

Normal conversation, sensitive topic and crisis. The level is set by the kind of conversation, not by the time of day or who is on shift.

Nothing sensitive goes out without approval

No reply about quality, health or food safety goes out from us without going through the client first.

In a crisis, we pause

In a crisis, the brands' entire calendar is paused without waiting for instructions, and the situation is monitored until the case is closed.

A fixed section: “New opportunities.”

Every report closes with a section on what is coming, so the strategy never stands still: new trends, applicable tools, emerging formats, cases from other brands, platform opportunities and recommendations with their priority. If a month has nothing worth flagging, we tell you that too.

The first thirty days.

We start with a fixed order so that by day thirty the operation is set up and the first month of content is approved and in production.

Week 1: onboarding

Access and kickoff of the operation.

Week 2: audit

We review the accounts and the competition.

Week 3: territory and protocol

We define the brand's territory and approve the community management protocol.

Week 4: first calendar

First calendar approved and first production day.

On paid media: decisions based on data, not hunches.

When we run your paid media, it is reviewed every day and adjusted as soon as the numbers call for it. We optimize on platform data and do not commit to a specific number of sales: no serious provider can.
