Our method: how we position a brand with evidence

This is how we think about content and positioning: with evidence, with method, and sustained over time, so the brand is present on the day the customer decides.

Marketing team defining a positioning strategy on a whiteboard

Content isn't the work. It's the evidence.

Every post leaves a trail: what was seen, what was saved, what was shared, and at which second people stopped watching the video. That trail tells you precisely what the audience wants from a brand. That's why we don't start with content: we start by understanding what works.

Four beats, none optional.

Produce, measure, understand, and produce again knowing more than the month before. Each round is more precise than the last, and that accumulated precision is the real deliverable.

Produce

Content with a method and a goal declared before it is filmed: reach or sales.

Measure

A piece-by-piece reading: what held attention, what was shared, at which second people dropped off.

Understand

Why what worked worked: format, first seconds, tone, and topic.

Produce again

Deliberately repeat what we already know gets a reaction, and test what's next.

Virality isn't luck: it's a pattern you manage.

Content that blows up once is luck, and luck can't be planned. When you know which format, which first seconds, which tone, and which topic got your own audience to react, you can repeat it on purpose.

How we position a brand, in four steps.

Always in the same order. Without a starting point, learning piles up on nothing: you know which piece worked, but not what the brand is building with it.

1. The place the brand can own

A place in the customer's mind that the brand can legitimately claim and that no competitor can claim in the same way. We write it in one short sentence and it becomes the filter for everything we produce.

2. The moment it shows up

We stop working with attributes and work with scenes. An attribute can't be owned; a moment can, because it's anchored in someone's real life.

3. Recurring conversations

Between four and six topics, each with its goal, its metric, and its weight on the calendar. People don't follow posts: they follow topics they expect to see again.

4. The way it's said

The same message behaves differently in a reel, a carousel, or a story. We choose each platform's codes to tell everything above.

Before producing, a filter.

Every idea goes through the same test: if we take away the logo, would anyone know which brand it is? If the answer is no, the piece can be pretty and even work for reach, but it is renting attention for a few days. That filter is the difference between investing and spending.

One team, from idea to publication.

Strategy, script, direction, on-camera talent, filming, editing, design, measurement, and publishing all live inside Andrómeda. That defines how fast a brand can react and how consistent it looks month after month.

A 48-hour reaction

A trend lives for two to three days. An opportunity spotted on Tuesday is filmed on Wednesday and published on Thursday.

In-house on-camera talent

UGC-creator-style profiles, ready to film without depending on a schedule or on an outside model's rights.

AI-assisted production

Settings, ambiences, and creative variations, always under human review.

A dashboard in plain sight

Online results, fed directly by the platforms, available to the client at any hour.

Frequently asked questions

What does it mean to position a brand?

Taking a clear place in the customer's mind that no competitor can claim in the same way. At Andrómeda it is written in one short sentence and used as a filter for every piece we produce.

Why do you say virality isn't luck?

Because when you know which format, which first seconds, which tone, and which topic got your own audience to react, you can repeat it on purpose. Content that blows up once is luck; a measured pattern can be managed.

How long does it take for the method to show?

Each cycle of producing, measuring, understanding, and producing again makes the next one more precise. Campaigns can give signals in the first few weeks; content positioning is built month by month.

Is the team in-house or outsourced?

The whole chain lives in-house: strategy, script, direction, filming with professional equipment, editing, design, motion graphics, and measurement.
